Shipping policy
Turnaround Time
Polishes are mixed and/or poured per order so we aim to ship your order within 4-8 weeks (excluding government holidays) from when your payment clears though it may be sooner. Orders placed during sales or high volume new releases can take longer to process. If there are delays we will announce them on our social media accounts to keep customers updated on our progress. We ship to the address provided in your order so please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to ordering. Effective immediately we no longer ship to addresses outside of the United States and Canada.
Returns
Due to the cosmetic nature of our products we are unable to offer returns. If you have any issues with your order please contact us so we can address your concerns.
Damaged Order
If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement of the item.
Changes and Cancellations
We are unable to make changes to or cancel orders once they are placed.
Customs and Tariffs
Customers are responsible for all custom and tariff charges their order may incur.
Emails
We send one email as confirmation of your order, a second email to advise your order has shipped, a third when it is out for delivery, and a final email when it is delivered. No other emails will be sent regarding your order. If you have any questions about your order please use the Contact page. Please allow 1-2 business days for replies to inquiries.
