Life Is Short; You're Capable is a dark blue jelly packed with orange aurora shimmer, holographic microflakes, and gold holographic microsparks.
Inspired by the lyrics in the song What You Waiting For? by Gwen Stefani.
In early 2015 I had everything I needed to launch Lemming Lacquer but I was paralyzed with fear and anxiety and unable to make a decision on WHEN I would release my first collection. I was afraid to take that big first step.
I listened to What You Waiting For? a lot because I love the Alice in Wonderland music video so I used it to get into the Alice mood for my collection.
The lyrics “Life is short, you’re capable” stood out because I often need reminding that I AM capable of making big decisions and doing things on my own. Often times the fear is strong but the need to make a move can be stronger.
